- Provide pre-sales client support as needed.Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Pluralsight platform.

Required Skills &Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree as a minimum qualification is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidate is required to work in night shiftas this role will cover North America region. (Mandatory).
- Strong learning mindset, eager to grow,adapt, and continuously improve in adynamic environment.
- Experience working as a key support member in a fast-paced, technical sales team environment Ability to build, work within, and improve structured processes.
- Proficiency in service and interpersonal support
- Ability to optimally prioritize and delivering critical needs in a timely manner.
Experience:
- Salesforce experience a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g.Word, Power Point, Excel) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications(e.g. Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus.
- Forward-thinking, collaborative and team-oriented attitude with the ability to think outside of the box.
