Responsible for evaluating the accuracy ofdata and using judgment to makedecisions ondata quality. The role holder will be required to make outbound phone calls tobusinessrepresentatives to verify information. This role is ina fast paced working environment where processes are subject to change ona weekly basis the candidate will need tobe flexible and capable of adjusting new instructions regularly. Basic computer operating skills are required.

- Should be strong at Verbal and Written communication
- Excellent ability to work within a team and on ones own initiative Process and raise required requests/transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements.
- Follow all compliance and security measures for client data Act on process transactions and handle the same with proper research.
- Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed themonthly annual quality productivity targets. Adhere to process norms and structure
- Perform day to day tasks and be responsible for handling high profile sensitive internal escalations while meeting defined SLAs at all times.
