ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure team objectives are being met then effectively support internal teams and service providers.
  • Plan and schedule pickup and delivery of inventory items in coordination with warehouse staff and shipping supervisors.
  • Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction, work to eliminate potential obstacles in product exchanges and returns under warranty.
  • Actively participate in meetings with customer service, service centers and support teams.
  • Assist in developing processes to meet specific customer RMA requirements.
  • Monitor and resolve departmental issues and client complaints and help reduce those recurring issues.
  • Regularly audit work performed by internal and third-party supplier teams to ensure all standards are met.
  • Write and manage regular inventory reports.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

  • Roughly Electronic Industries Knowledge.
  • Understanding Microsoft Excel,powerpoint and word.
  • Understanding CRM systems and practices, such Oracle, SAP.
