ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Validate order as per the scope of work
- Network Config Mandatory attributes assignment and validation
- Coordinate with Order Managers to finalize on the exact scope before config build
- Review the network design shared by design team
- Built network config as per the scope and design
- Join customer edge device activation calls, lead the call and deploy the required device configuration
- Coordinating with L2 tech’s for complex issues
- Troubleshooting on network issues coordinating with various stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
- Telecom Domain/IT related Knowledge
- good Verbal and Written Communication skills
- PC literate with good system navigation Skills
- understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word,Outlook)
- Strong focus on delivering results in a team environment, working together to deliver the teams objectives.
- Good Logical though process
- Graduate
